 I have lived in Bradford on Avon all my life and have worked in the building trade since leaving school. I worked for my father until 2000, then went self-employed

As both a developer and contractor, I have the experience to carry out a wide range of jobs. I can help you if you need a hand on a major refurbishment or just to freshen up your home with new doors, flooring, and skirting or just some shelves for your home office.

I have a wide range of subcontractors that I have used so can tackle larger projects like renovations and extensions

 

During 2022-23 I worked with a self-builder who needed to call on my experience and skills. It was a timber-framed bungalow

I did the groundwork for the timber-frame company to erect 

the frame. We then had to finish the roof off ready for the tilers.

I then got it ready for plasters with the customer doing as much as he could.

I then did the 2nd fix carpentry, doors, kitchen, skirting, and flooring while the customer painted and did the jobs he was able to.

Being flexible made this enjoyable chance to build a modern house with, Air source heat pump, under-floor heating, and solar panels. 

This was the third house I have built with an Air Source Heat Pump, underfloor heating, and a liquid screed floor so have built up quite a bit of experience with these.
